We had a great experience! Harry Jr was awesome, kept us well informed and went out of his way trying to find the problem with our car.

We were from out of town, and our air conditioner quit. We left the car at Honest 1 and went to breakfast. When we came back they had found and replaced a blown fuse. They had road tested the car, replaced the fuse, and insisted on keeping the car for an hour to make sure it was OK. They did all of that and changed the cabin air filter, all for twice what breakfast cost. They are honest, conscientious, the waiting area is pleasant; you're not going to go wrong here. I wish I lived closer so I could have all my work done there.An addendum: a few days after I posted this review, they gave me a call. It seems that they hadn't changed my cabin air filter, only recommended that it be done. My fault for not reading the invoice closely. They wanted to make sure that my review was accurate and offered to change the air filter if I would stop by. How can I possibly say more?

You know when you walk in that everything needed for your car is done in the right priority. Harry's staff understands that life has so many challenges. Car repairs are surprises and they have the right manner to deliver the news... good or bad...Plus - Harry installed my trunk struts - NO CHARGE. Things like that will make me come back. He could have said that is $50.. But Harry knows what I have been thru this spring and that is a relationship that I want with a company I can trust ALL the time... Dave Gimbi

Very happy with service for my 2005 grand caravan. She's an old girl now whose been through plenty of repairs at other shops. Today Honest 1 fixed up my breaks, an oil leak, and cleaned up the radiator. They made some recommendations for other areas of concern without excessive sales pressure. Time to check warranties on those. I very much appreciated their super clean waiting room, friendly professional attitude, and free one year roadside assistance plan!
