Took Mercedes to Honest 1 shortly after they opened. After complaining to different shops about burning smell, Honest 1 got my car back in shape. I have gone there ever since. Jimmy is an awesome technician! Mark K, maybe you misunderstood?

Greated when came in, Harry remembered me from previous inquire, was given a shuttle Ride home, work completed as indicated, was offered shuttle ride to pick up car, recomendations made on additional work, and there were no high pressure sales to get you to do the additional work. First time, great experience, will try them again.

Great local spot with welcoming staff. Good price on oil change, very comfortable waiting area. They give you a complementary bag of gold fish waiting in your car after your service. I will be coming here now on for my car services!

We had a great experience! Harry Jr was awesome, kept us well informed and went out of his way trying to find the problem with our car.

We were from out of town, and our air conditioner quit. We left the car at Honest 1 and went to breakfast. When we came back they had found and replaced a blown fuse. They had road tested the car, replaced the fuse, and insisted on keeping the car for an hour to make sure it was OK. They did all of that and changed the cabin air filter, all for twice what breakfast cost. They are honest, conscientious, the waiting area is pleasant; you're not going to go wrong here. I wish I lived closer so I could have all my work done there.An addendum: a few days after I posted this review, they gave me a call. It seems that they hadn't changed my cabin air filter, only recommended that it be done. My fault for not reading the invoice closely. They wanted to make sure that my review was accurate and offered to change the air filter if I would stop by. How can I possibly say more?
