Thankfully, we found Honest-1 Auto Care in Diamond Bar! True to their name, the team at Honest-1 quickly identified the issue and fixed the leak without pushing unnecessary services or upsells. They were professional, straightforward, and genuinely had our best interest in mind. It’s rare to find an auto shop these days that actually lives up to the word “honest,” but this place absolutely does. Been having our cars repaired here for several years. They remember me and my cars. They are very professional. We have a 2003 GMC Envoy with almost 300K that had some extensive repairs that I got back today and it runs like new.

Took my Honda CRV for a simple oil change around 11am. I was told it might take a few hours since they were a little busy and they would call when they were done. I walked a little ways home and waited. I figured maybe they forgot to call or left a mesage that i missed. I Ubered to the shop about 10 minutes to closing and asked about my vehicle. The guy behind the counter could not find my keys at first and after a searh found them with my paperwork..They had not done my vehicle and were closing. I took my keys and left. I wasted an entire day for a oil change. Would not recommend this auto shop

For anyone curious about pricing here for AC, it’s $160 for diagnostic and $1590 for MY specific labor. $2,100 for my AC to be fixed. It’s out of my budget but I assume it won’t be for others. I didn’t understand that an Air conditioner general service was an inspection only. I thought I was getting a quote for the labor price to fix my car. I misunderstood what was being done to my car so I’m out $160 my fault. I’m hoping this helps anyone else who might get confused like I did. Posting so no one else makes the same silly mistake.

Got a nail in my Tesla’s rear tire. The team got it fixed within 45 minutes. Honest, very reasonable price and professional. Keep this shop in mind and you will thank me later.
