I was impressed with the service. They really attended to my car. What needed to be done. And they were honest about. I felt that they were not trying to get over on me. And also how they let you know what they are going to do. Before they even do the work.

This place is the cleanest auto shop I've been to! Nice waiting area, it's bright, they offer free snacks.. They're so friendly! When Harry jr needed had to explain what I needed to get done on my car, he was very thorough. He even showed me a video of how the parts that needed to be replaced worked, and why they should be replaced. Definitely check this place out! They also have coupons and deals going on. Oh, and I love the little treats they leave in my car after it's done getting services! Makes for a nice little snack for the ride home:)

I wanted to update my review of this place after going back a couple times to get all of my auto maintenance done especially for the service lady named Candy. While getting my car serviced yesterday, I listened in on her conversations while watching cable tv. I paid attention to how she addressed and dealt with other customers that came in.Candy was awesome in her customer service skills because she listened attentively not only to me but for every other customer that came in to describe their car problem. In addition Candy was thorough in every transaction and asked additional questions that the customer might not know how to ask in order to address the customers concern and eliminate any possibility of unneeded repairs. Awesome job Candy.

Great friendly service. Was very pleased. Only down side is they wanted to charge me $60 to replace a $10 cabin air filter, which taken less than 2 minutes to replace! Will be coming back for oil changes and minor services as long as prices remain reasonable.

I found this place via Yelp and the good reviews are well-earned. The waiting room is nice and comfortable with big windows that let lots of light in. I ended up waiting having to wait there for a couple hours while they worked on my car, but didn't mind the wait that much since I had parked myself into a comfy leather armchair in front of the TV. The staff reviewed things with me explaining what each item was on the authorization form. I felt comfortable getting the work done there and will be coming back in the future.

I came in today referred by a good friend who gets service done here and I am impressed how amazing they are here. I came in for an oil change. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, which is a plus to be acknowledged. (most places are rude and very pushy) as they promptly did my oil change, they also told me I needed other car maintenance, as well and gave me an estimate. This family owned business is one of kind! in a great area of Diamond Bar and extremely friendly. I am referring my friends and family here!! they're affordable and great in customer service! I will be coming back for the rest of my car maintenance, thank you so much!! (:
