I was referred by a friend after complaining I had been experiencing a problem on my 2003 Lexus for months. I kept taking it back and the problem was never diagnosed correctly. They kept doing minor things but not fixing the problem. Honest-1 diagnosed the situation and fixed the problem.

my experience at Honest-1 Auto Care was 1st Rate all the way, they fixed a problem for me i thought was going to be a lot of money but it wasn't at all. fixed it for nothing. Had them check out belts, Brakes a wiper,.gave me an oil change and Fixed a turn signal lite for free. Everything was fine They charged me just for the oil change, Originally I was there not long b4 closeing so i left the car. took me home, called in morning.picked me up, they did a Great job with honesty, and More, Thanks to All there, Charles Kirk

the men did a great job in takeing care of my needs they went above and beyond what i expected, my bill was far less then i expected and easily fixed what i thought would be a major expense not knowing what the noise and problem was plus they took me home and brought me back to pick up my car. I am frustrated to report that the vehicle is not performing well. The brake light continues to come on, now more frequently than before. Additionally, the brake lights will not go off and the battery has to be disconnected to get the brakes lights off. As considerable money has been spent to repair the truck's brake system, I hope you an understand my frustration. I am at a loss as how to proceed.

They always take very good care of me here. Getting my car fixed for some reason or another is stressful because it messes up my entire day but when I bring my car into Honest 1 Auto, the stress just melts away. It's hard finding a good mechanic. I explained what was wrong and their technicians were able to accurately find the cause of the problem without any additional parts or labor. I researched thier parts and labor cost and found them to be very reasonable when compared to other places. I would recommend this shop for anyone in need of a mechanic.
