I am a loyal customer. Why? What makes Honest1 in Diamond Bar stand out? It's because of the little things that makes a huge difference. In addition to being honest mechanics, as their name suggests, their prices are fair. It is a pleasure to wait in their waiting room. Unlike other waiting rooms at other mechanics / oil change places, their waiting is inviting, warm and clean. They have a little kids play area that my son loves. Their bathroom is clean. They offer individual servings of coffee and water. I come here for all things big and small for my car, from oil changes to changing out my transmission. Thank you Honest1 for helping me take better care of my car!

Though my van is a mystery van they solved the problem and communicated with me.

Harry and Jr. are the best around. And hopefully Honest -1 corporation realizes this. Very fair and open to rationalize in proper order what your car needs. My 2006 Honda has 180,000 and my 2008 Chrysler has 111,000 miles. He also now works on my fiancée's car with 150,000 miles who brings her car from Long Beach. So pretty obvious, I think the world of this father / son team.

Service was completed very quickly. They also provide vehicle transportation to your home if you live in area. I'll continue to service my vehicles with Honest1

As usual service was timely and professional. Only complaint is the cost, prices have changed since Depression Days.
